    Is a motorcycle license required to rent from you?
    Yes. Formally under Indonesian traffic regulations, you need a valid riding permit or an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed explicitly for motorcycles. However, passport verification is typically standard for the immediate paperwork at handover. For long-term stayers, our concierge desk also offers full assistance to secure a formal local riding license (SIM C).
    Are helmets included, and can I request a brand-new one?
    A standard helmet is included with every rental at no extra charge. Please note that the complimentary helmets are pre-used. For guests who prioritise the highest standard of hygiene and comfort, a brand-new helmet is available to purchase as an upgrade — simply request it when booking via WhatsApp.
    What is your security deposit and fuel policy?
    A fully refundable security deposit (typically IDR 500,000–1,500,000 depending on the model tier) is collected at handover via cash, bank transfer, or Wise. For fuel, we operate on a partial-to-partial basis — you simply return it with the same amount it had. If you prefer starting with a guaranteed full tank, you can request a pre-fill service during booking by covering the actual fuel costs.
    What happens in case of an accident, damage, or a flat tire?
    Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp. Because we operate our own in-house professional maintenance and custom garage, we handle all necessary repairs directly without outsourcing to third-party local shops. This guarantees completely transparent, fair damage assessments that are far more reasonable than standard rates in Europe, Japan, or Australia.
    How does delivery, pickup, and airport handover work?
    We deliver directly to your accommodation — hotel, villa, Airbnb, or any private address — or meet you at Denpasar Airport (DPS). Delivery within the Kuta area and all airport handovers are complimentary. For other areas (Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, etc.), a distance-based fee applies. Simply share your Google Maps pin with us on WhatsApp.
    Can I book a premium scooter on the same day?
    Yes, same-day bookings are welcome via WhatsApp, subject to real-time garage availability. However, since high-tier models like the Yamaha XMAX and Kawasaki Ninja are heavily booked, we strongly recommend securing your preferred ride 24–48 hours in advance — especially during peak holiday seasons (July–August, December–January).
    What is the minimum and maximum rental duration?
    The minimum rental period is two days. There is no upper limit — many of our guests rent for one, two, or even three months and benefit from significantly reduced long-stay rates. For rentals exceeding two weeks, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can tailor a rate to your stay.
    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash (IDR), Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), and international transfers via Wise. For guests booking from overseas before arrival, Wise is our recommended method for transparent, low-fee international payments.
