1. NO INSURANCE COVERAGE
Bali Premium Scooter does not provide, arrange, or include any form of personal accident insurance, medical coverage, third-party liability insurance, or vehicle damage insurance as part of any rental agreement. All scooters in our fleet are registered and legally operated under Indonesian vehicle regulations; however, the cost and responsibility of obtaining adequate personal insurance coverage rests entirely and solely with the renter.
Prior to arriving in Bali, all renters are strongly advised to secure a comprehensive international travel insurance policy that explicitly includes the following active riders:
- Motorcycle and Scooter Rental Coverage: Confirm that your policy explicitly covers the operation of rented motorcycles or motor scooters abroad. Many standard travel policies exclude motorized two-wheel vehicles by default.
- Medical Evacuation and Emergency Hospitalization: Bali's hospital infrastructure varies significantly in quality and cost. Ensure your policy covers emergency medical transport and hospitalization expenses up to a sufficient international standard.
- Third-Party Liability: Coverage for damages or injuries caused to third parties (other road users, pedestrians, or property) during the rental period.
Bali Premium Scooter expressly disclaims all financial and legal liability for personal injury, hospitalization costs, death, or third-party property damages arising during the rental period where adequate insurance coverage was not secured by the renter prior to vehicle handover.
2. RIDING, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & LEGAL LIABILITY
Operating a motorized vehicle in Bali involves inherent physical and legal risks. Under Indonesian traffic regulations, international tourists must possess a valid domestic motorcycle license alongside a proper International Driving Permit (IDP) explicitly endorsed for two-wheels. Bali Premium Scooter strictly disclaims any liability for fines, criminal charges, legal penalties, or vehicle impoundment imposed by the Indonesian National Police or other local authorities resulting from the renter's lack of proper documentation, traffic violations, or non-compliance with regional laws.
3. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER & THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS TOOLS
While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy and operational performance of our digital platform, this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We utilize premium third-party web optimization and monitoring tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC), to refine our customer user experience.
Bali Premium Scooter gives no guarantees that the website function will be entirely uninterrupted, secure, or free from server errors. We assume no legal or financial responsibility for any temporary website downs, computational glitches, data delays, or accuracy of information shared via external outbound links embedded within our platform.
4. FORCE MAJEURE, ENVIRONMENTAL & ROAD HAZARDS
Bali's tropical climate and evolving infrastructure introduce unpredictable road conditions, including sudden flash flooding from severe rain, unpaved terrain, loose gravel, and volcanic activity (Force Majeure). Bali Premium Scooter is under no circumstances legally liable for personal injuries, medical emergencies, fatalities, or third-party physical property damages incurred during the rental timeframe due to environmental conditions, sudden accidents, or natural occurrences. Renters are strictly urged to carry premium international travel insurance with active motorcycle rental riders before arriving in Bali.
5. FLEET ANTI-THEFT POLICY & COPY DOCUMENT OPERATIONS
To prevent major vehicle scams, black-market sales, or illegal transportation of our luxury fleet to outer islands (such as Java or Lombok), all rental scooters carry an authorized, certified official copy of the vehicle's registration (STNK) rather than the physical original document. Renters accept full responsibility for this necessary security configuration. Bali Premium Scooter assumes no liability for administrative roadside delays with local traffic checkpoints regarding the copy document usage, as this operational policy is mandatory to ensure fleet safety.
